At Artelier, we are constantly looking to improve and develop, which is why all members of our team consistently take part in updating training, new qualifications and workshops with industry experts in order to refresh and further improve our knowledge and skills.
Recently our brilliant team member Emma has passed her Level 2 NVQ and has since been promoted to Head Salon Assistant. We have also had the fantastic Katie and Lidia pass their Level 3 NVQs meaning they have been promoted to well-deserved graduate stylists.
We constantly like to provide opportunities for growth to every member of our team meaning, in turn, the growth and success of our salon.
A salon can only grow by having the correct atmosphere, the best stylists, great updated training, and great customer care. It is paramount that our stylists feel involved and know that they are part of a team that feel like family. We are one of only a few salons who employ their team rather than have them hire chairs and pay a rental fee.
Our staff feel a real sense of security and commitment when they come to work, learning from some of the best in the business. We also offer regular training on the days we are closed. We believe employing our team is one of the reasons why their work ethic is second to none.
At Artelier Hair Formby, we welcome a number of apprentices to the salon frequently, enabling them to learn from our combined years of experience at a boutique, luxury salon. Installing the same practises, values and passion in our apprentices that we have, ensuring that we only deliver the highest quality, innovative hairdressing services, underpinned with passion and creativity in the most desirable, warm and welcoming environment.
We invest our time and expertise to help them grow and be experts in their field .
Both Emma and Andrew support the apprentice scheme with a partnered training college offering their time and expertise to the talent of the future.
