How will this make my hair amazing?
Avocados are incredibly nutritious – they are monounsaturated fats which will also not only help your hair but your heart too. Mixed Beans are a great source of plant based protein and contain zinc to help aid natural hair growth & repair cycle. Salmon is an Oily fish which helps to keep your locks beautifully shiny, strong & healthy. Salmon contains Omega-3 & an array of B vitamins that nourish hair at the follicles to boost strength, lustre and thickness while soothing dry, flaky scalps and inhibiting the inflammation that can result in hair loss. Rich in Lutin, eggs can provide hydration and elasticity to the skin while the high protein content can help in repairing tissues and firming skin. The proteins in eggs can be used in softening the hair, and also to give it strength and shine.
