SPRING STRAWBERRIES & SPINACH RECIPE
Ingredients
A handful of fresh, clean strawberries with their tops taken off and sliced
120g washed spinach
2 tablespoons of Balsamic vinegar
Generous amount of freshly ground black pepper
2 Tablespoons of rose water
Method
You can add anything at all to this dish it is so versatile. We love it with mozzarella and fresh pasta!
How will this make my hair amazing?
Berries are a perfect way to get Vitamin C into our body. Vitamin C has such strong antioxidant properties and helps protect hair follicles against damage from free radicals (harmful molecules). We also need Vitamin C to help produce collagen: this essential protein helps hair stay supple and prevents it from splitting and breaking. Spinach is a wonder leaf – it is full of folate, iron, Vitamin C and A! Vitamin A is one to take note of – its a key hair health vitamin that helps to produce sebum… the oily substance that will keep your scalp healthy and promotes hair growth.
